Do you offer teletherapy across Ohio?
Yes. Every service is available by secure video to anyone located anywhere in the state of Ohio, as well as in person at our South Dayton office. Many clients mix the two as their schedule changes.
What happens in a first session?
The first session is a conversation. Your therapist will ask what brings you in, what you are hoping for, and answer any questions. There is no pressure to share more than you are ready to, and together you decide whether it feels like the right fit.
